How it works
Put the game up
Kick-off, pitch and squad size come from your club's settings, so a new week is one click. Invites go out to your core players, and you can backfill from a wider pool when someone drops.
Players tap yes or no
They get an email with two buttons and no password. One tap answers it, and the same link changes their mind later. Nobody downloads anything, nobody registers, nobody is chased on WhatsApp.
Teams, result, money
When you have a full squad it suggests two balanced sides. Confirmed players get a calendar invite that updates itself if the game moves or is called off. Afterwards, log the score and split the pitch fee.
What's different
Players never sign up
An RSVP link is a capability: unguessable, personal, and one tap from an email. Making ten mates register to say "I'm in" costs you turnout, so it isn't asked of them.
Teams balanced on real ratings
Every player carries a rating earned from the games they've actually played, and team suggestions try to make the two sides an even match rather than splitting the list in half.
Honest match reports
Each game gets a write-up with a win probability, not a predicted scoreline. The gap between two sides explains very little of what a five-a-side score ends up being, and the report says so instead of inventing a number.
The money, handled
Log the pitch invoice once and it splits across whoever played, with a payment link in each player's email and a running list of who still owes what.
Free, forever
No subscription, no per-match cut, no upsell. This was built to run one club properly and costs almost nothing to run for a few more, so there's nothing to charge for.
It follows that support is one person in their spare time, and that new clubs are set up by hand rather than through a signup form. If that's a fair trade, get in touch.
